Environmental Policy

This Environmental Policy applies to all operations at our Portishead office, in the UK.

Tomato Source Limited supplies promotional merchandise to all business sectors with the principal market being the UK.

We recognise that all our activities interact and have an effect on the environment and are committed to minimising adverse impacts and improving process efficiency.

In particular, this will be achieved through our commitment to continuous improvement in all of the following areas:

• Compliance with the requirements of environmental legislation and approved codes of practice

• Assessing the environmental impact of all historic, current and likely future operations

• Continuously seeking to improve environmental performance

• Reduction in pollution, emissions and waste

• Reduction in the use of all raw materials, energy and supplies

• Raising awareness, encouraging participation and training employees in environmental matters

• Similar environmental standards from all suppliers and contractors

• Assisting customers to use products and services in an environmentally-sensitive way

• Participation in discussions about environmental issues

• The monitoring of progress and review of environmental performance on a regular basis (usually annually)

This policy is communicated to all employees and every employee has an individual responsibility to help meet the requirements of this policy. All are invited to contribute ideas for better practices.
